I have been involved in an online reality contest. It's purpose is to have the first three rounds of voting done by the general public. This voting is to choose which actors, actresses and directors will be hired to work on the new LiveMansion Movie. The final round's voting will be done by the Producers and Casting Directors associated with LiveMansion. I have made it to the third round. In the third round I had to choose a character that I wanted to be considered for. I have chosen the role of Clyde (You can get a bio for Clyde by going to LiveMansion's website). LiveMansion has supplied me with a scripted piece for me to learn and film. I then have to upload it to them so it can be viewed by the public in order for them to vote for me. UPDATE - Great news! I've been chosen to be in the finals of this competition. I will be going to New York City on February 26th and staying there until March 1st. We will be filming an audition, interview and answer questions on our background. From there the film will be edited by LiveMansion and uploaded to their website so that the public can vote for the last time on who they want cast for the eight rolls. UPDATE - Things went real well in New York. I met the other 23 finalists and I must say that they were all very nice people. I am pleased with the way the filming for the finals went. LiveMansion is telling us that there is great news coming on the morning of March 14th about who will be on the panel that will critique the final videos. I will update you when I have that info. For now you can click here to go to a trailer regarding the final submissions that LiveMansion has released. UPDATE - 4/2/07 - The final voting is under way. There is a link above and also a link on the front page of this site so that anyone who visits my website can go directly to the page for voting. I hope you enjoy my final submission for the roll of Clyde. The judges for the Actor's Final Round are Cara Buono and John Leguizamo. First of all you need to know that both judges have no idea about who the characters are in the movie, no idea about wht the movie is about and no idea of what the script consisted of. Now I will explain what you will be watching when you go to LiveMansion to vote. There are a total of 4 different videos to watch. A group video, an isolated camera video, a panel reaction video and an interview video. Please watch all videos. I hope you enjoy them. |

I submitted a headshot and resume for a part in an independent film called "The Big Bad Swim". It is being produced/directed by an up and coming director named Ishai Setton. He has already won several awards for his works. I was actually selected to audition for the part of the strip club owner, but had prior commitments and could not make the audition. They did however want me to be an extra in two different scenes. The first was a patron of the strip club. It took place on location at a club called "Juicee's Bar" in Yantic, Connecticut. The second scene took place also on location at "The Mohegan Sun Casino" in Uncasville, Connecticut. I was a patron of the casino and was in several scenes there one of which was a main scene at the roulette table. The movie will be submitted to several film festivals. |

The "History Channel" is doing another special on Rome. I play an architect named "Apollodorus of Damascus". Apollodorus acted as the chief architect for the Roman emperor Trajan. He was a master engineer, a bridge builder and sculptor, as well as the author of technical treatises. Apollodorus produced his greatest achievement in the "Forum of Trajan" and "Trajan's Column". The show is directed, produced and written by Chris Cassel. The show will air September 5, 2005. UPDATE - "Rome: Engineering An Empire" wins Two Primtime Emmy Awards! Outstanding Nonfiction Special and Outstanding Picture Editing For Nonfiction Programing. |
